SKI-YOGA-MOCHI at the Arlberg
Relaxing yoga, adventurous sun skiing, and culinary highlights: sounds like a winning combination, doesn’t it? But it gets even better: the gentle yet effective Yoga sessions are led by the experienced Yoga teacher Dr Olivia Schiwal. The renowned ski guide and freeriding pro Geli Häusl will accompany you on your skiing adventures off the slopes. And the renowned Mochi restaurant in Vienna will be serving up the best ramen and tapas afterwards.
Important: For the ski adventures, good off-piste skiing skills and the ability to ascent up to 500 metres in altitude are required.

Wednesday, 26/03/2025
From 2 p.m.: arrival and check-in
5 p.m. – 6.30 p.m.: Yoga (90 minutes)
7.30 p.m.: welcome drink, followed by a dinner with ramen and tapas by Mochi
Geli Häusl will then give an introduction to Alpine risks and avalanches.
Thursday, 27/03/2025
From 8 a.m.: breakfast and an introduction to avalanche transceivers with ski guide Geli Häusl
9 a.m.: ski touring/freeriding (according to snow conditions)
5 p.m. – 6.30 p.m.: Yoga (90 minutes)
7 p.m.: “Best of Mochi” dinner
Afterwards, Yoga teacher Dr Olivia Schiwal will be sharing her Yoga expertise.

From 8 a.m.: breakfast
9 a.m.: ski touring/freeriding (according to snow conditions)
5 p.m. – 6.30 p.m.: Yoga (90 minutes)
7 p.m.: “Crazy Burger Bar Mochi Session” dinner
Followed by a cosy get-together to round off the day.

incl. half board
